Smoothies make for a nutritious breakfast to go, a healthy after school snack or an excellent recovery drink after exercising.

Blueberry Soy Shake

250 mL fresh B.C. Brand Blueberries 1 cup
250 mL So Good Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup
125 mL Western Family Ultimate 1/2 cup
French Vanilla Yogurt
250 mL ice cubes 1 cup

1. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

2. Serve in a summertime glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.

Makes 2 servings.
